Return Policy

All products that require integration into the vehicle’s factory wiring are non-refundable after installation.
Products with physical damage, signs of use, or an incomplete package are also not eligible for return.
The IGLA anti-theft system is sold only with professional installation at a certified center. Once installed and a certificate has been issued for your insurance company, returns are not accepted.
All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, including any returns (if applicable and approved).
